Realhubb Ventures Pvt Limited is an authorised real estate channel partner registered with Karnataka RERA under registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/180921/003226. We are based in Bengaluru and we help homebuyers discover and short-list residential projects from leading developers. We are not the developer of any project we list.

Our websites and online advertising are built and managed directly by Realhubb Ventures Pvt Limited.

2. Nature of this website

The website provides informational and lead-capture services about real estate projects of third-party developers. It does not constitute an offer for sale, a price quote, an allotment, or a binding agreement of any kind. All final pricing, allocation, and customer agreements are between you and the developer directly.

3. Disclaimer (no affiliation, indicative information)

This website is not the official website of any developer. We are authorised channel partners for the projects we list. Builder logos and project trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the projects we represent.

All content — project descriptions, configurations, sizes, amenities, pricing, RERA status, launch timelines, location data, photographs and renderings — is indicative and subject to change at the developer's sole discretion. Verify all material facts directly with the developer and from the official RERA registration before making any financial decision.

4. RERA compliance

Where a project's RERA registration is pending, no booking, allotment, or sale agreement will be entered into until registration is granted, in compliance with §3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Any expression of interest collected during that phase is informational only and is freely revocable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; submit false information in our forms; bypass security; scrape data automatically; or reverse-engineer the site.

6. Intellectual property

All content original to us — layout, graphics, copy, code — is owned by Realhubb Ventures Pvt Limited or its licensors. Builder logos and project trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

Our pages may link to third-party sites (e.g. official builder pages, the RERA portal). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Realhubb Ventures Pvt Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability under any claim is limited to §1,000.
